Shipping policy

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

 

All items are made-to-order. For every piece in our collection, processing time differs from product to product. Add the processing time to the shipping time for an estimate as to when you will receive your order.

 

Processing Time

Some popular styles can be shipped out in 24 hours, while engraved, customized items or customized sizes may take up to 3-5 working days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification to your email address notifying you of your tracking details and projected delivery date.

Shipping Methods:

Free Shipping(5-10 Working Days);

Expedited Shipping (2-4 Working Days)

 

Note: Delays may happen occasionally due to uncontrollable factors, e.g. holiday season, bad weather conditions, strikes as well as war, etc., but please be assured that we will do our best to limit any inconveniences that may arise.
